Our Enrolment Process
Over the last 30 years, we’ve been trusted by thousands of parents to settle their children into our nursery environment. This first stage of your child’s learning journey is important to us and is an important step for both you and your child.
Our skilled team is here to support you every step of the way, making the enrolment process smooth, reassuring and tailored to your child’s needs.

Schedule a Tour
Booking a tour is easy! Simply click the “Schedule a Tour” button for your chosen nursery and select an available date and time.
If the dates aren’t convenient, feel free to contact us directly and book your tour over the phone.
Choose your preferred nursery below and click the “Schedule a Tour” button. You’ll be taken to our appointment calendar, where you can pick a convenient date and time for your visit. After that, simply fill out a short interest form and you’re all set!
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details shortly. We look forward to welcoming you and your child to our nursery!

Complete the Interest Form
After selecting your preferred tour date, you’ll be asked to fill in some basic information before booking your tour. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email outlining the tour details.

Nursery Tour
We’re excited to welcome you and your child to our nursery environment!
Please remember to bring your child along to the Nursery Tour as it allows them to become familiar with the new environment and gives them a chance to meet our educators. It’s a great way to observe how your child reacts to the nursery, ensuring it’s the right fit for them.
During your tour, you’ll see the progression your child will make through our rooms and learn about our curriculum, routines, and settling-in process.
We’ll also discuss what you’ll need to provide (e.g., bedding, wipes, formula) and how we keep you updated on your child’s development through our parent communication app, Famly.
We’re here to answer any questions you might have and to discuss our fees in detail. We want you to feel completely informed and confident before making this important decision.

Reserve a Space
When you’re ready to enrol your child, please complete our Application Form with your preferred sessions. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, and if your chosen sessions are unavailable, we’ll offer alternatives or the option to join our waiting list.
To secure your space, we’ll ask for a £100 non-refundable registration fee and a £200 deposit.
After payment, you’ll receive an email confirming that your child’s space has been secured, the sessions you’ve booked and asked to complete an enrolment form so we can add your child to our Famly app.
We’ll then contact you a month before your agreed start date to arrange settling-in sessions.

Settling-In
Settling-in sessions take place one week before your child’s start date. These sessions help your child gradually adjust to the nursery environment, make friends, and feel at ease on their first full day.
First Session:
Bring proof of address, ID, and your child’s birth certificate. You’ll receive a one-on-one consultation with the child’s room leader or key person to fill out the "All About Me" form, allowing us to understand your child’s interests and needs. During this time, your child will be engaged in room by a variety of different activities. If your child is upset and doesn’t settle after 15-20 minutes, we’ll call you to come and collect him, and we’ll try again the following day.
Second Session:
Stay with your child if needed or drop them off at the door, we just ask that you stay nearby in case your child needs you. This helps them begin to establish the daily routine.
Third Session:
A slightly longer session, allowing your child to become familiar with the nursery environment and routine.

First Day
On your child’s first day, they’ll be warmly greeted by their key worker, with activities set up based on their specific interests outlined in the “All About Me” form.
Our experienced team will help your child feel secure and happy as they begin their smooth transition to our nursery schedule, as per your registered sessions.
You’ll receive lots of updates throughout the day via the Family app, sharing photos and notes about your child’s activities and progress. This gives you peace of mind that your child is enjoying their time.
