Opening Schedule
- Days Open: Monday – Friday
- Hours Open: 8am – 6pm
- Weeks Open: 48 weeks a year
- Closure Period: Last 2 weeks of August, and 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year period, as well as Bank and Public Holidays

Payment
Monthly fees are calculated by multiplying the daily rate by how many days are in the month. This will be displayed clearly on your invoice.
Payment for the month’s fees is due on the first of the month. You are required to have a direct debit setup with us as part of our terms and conditions.
Most childcare vouchers can be used at The Little Learners. We are registered to receive tax-free childcare payments. We are also registered with certain benefit schemes, such as Enjoy Benefits. For more information on payment methods, please contact accounts@thelittlelearners.co.uk.
Upon registration you will be required to pay a £100 non-refundable registration fee, and a £200 refundable deposit

The term after your child's 2nd birthday, you may be entitled to 15 hours funding per week. We 'stretch' this funding so it works out as 11.87 hours per week (570 annual hours divided by 48 weeks the nursery is open per year).
The term after your child's 3rd birthday, you will be entitled to 15 hours funding per week. We 'stretch' this funding so it works out as 11.87 hours per week (570 annual hours divided by 48 weeks the nursery is open per year).
If you are entitled to 30 hours funding, then you will receive 23.75 hours per week (1,140 annual hours divided by 48 weeks the nursery is open per year).
The term after your child turns 9 months old, you may be entitled to 15 hours funding per week. We ‘stretch’ this funding so it works out as 11.87 hours per week (570 annual hours) divided by 48 weeks the nursery is open per year).
